They’re all under the wing of ProSpecieRara, a Swiss foundation that strives to protect rare animals and plants from extinction. Now active for more than a quarter of a century, ProSpecieRara is as busy as ever. Its latest goal is to prevent 150 plant species from becoming “illegal” in Switzerland.
